A great story and so true. Good customer service is hard to come by. You would think that in an increasingly service-based economy, that quality customer service would be the rule. Roche Brothers not only capitalizes on the "holiday culinary disaster" theme, but performs the rescue at no cost, guaranteeing your continued patronage. Wow, when do they open a store in Buffalo, NY?
