The general sentiment of the blog-o-social web is that the Seinfeld ads were terrible. They produced a sort of anti-buzz throughout that resonated on blogs, twitter, seesmic and vimeo.

From a branding perspective, this is a disaster. I know! Let's reveal to the whole world how much the Mac ads bother us by hitting head on that they stereotyped us!
The Apple ads ran their course years ago. But Apple is the big winner here. Now they know MSFT was pissed. And now all the watchers of the MSFT ads know that too.
